ID Facility Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate manager for an intellectual disability facility. The role is a contract job for 12 weeks, with the option of extending upon the end or even taking on the role permanently yourself. Our client is based in Kerry and is a residential facility with 7 service users. Key requirements:

• Right to work in the Republic of Ireland (Sponsorship NOT provided)
• Garda Vetting (one will be applied for upon application)
• Completed QQI/Fetac level 7 - BA in Social Care Studies, Social Care Management or equivalent and relevant qualification in Health and Social Care
• Minimum of 3 years experience in senior management with a similar level of responsibility including demonstrating strategic planning
• Minimum of 5 years in the health and social care or voluntary care sector
• Skills and competencies appropriate to working with persons with intellectual disabilities

The role is full time, at least 3 days a week but preferably 5 days a week. Working hours are generally 9 am to 5:30 pm, with some flexibility as required.
Salary is in the €50,000 to €60,000 range per annum, plus on call allowance per annum.
