Job description:

We are hiring for compassionate and dedicated Social Care Workers to join our healthcare teams in Limerick for early shifts!

You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to service users in the services that we work with, with your primary focus on promoting their overall health, well-being, and independence.

Job requirements:

Relevant qualification in Social Care or a related discipline (e.g., Bachelor's degree, Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care).Practical experience in health and social care settings, preferably in roles involving direct care and support of vulnerable individuals.Familiarity with care planning, risk assessment, and implementing person-centred approaches to care.Good knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing social care services in Ireland.Strong crisis intervention and safeguarding skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in record-keeping and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.Flexibility and adaptability to different care environments and changing schedules.
