Job description:

We are hiring for compassionate and dedicated Support Worker/ Care Assistant to join our healthcare team in the West Galway City.

The role of the Support Worker/Care Assistant is to work with people with an intellectual disability and must believe that the person has the right to live and participate in the community equally with other people.

Job requirements:

• QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare or Social Care Level 7/8.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Display a good working knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Full Clean drivers Licence (Class B) is essential.
