Description:
Support Worker - Early Shifts - County Kerry, Ireland
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide person-centered care to individuals with intellectual disabilities and additional support needs in residential and community-based settings. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, encouraging community participation, and supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals.
Requirements:
- Full QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or Social Care, with 8 modules completed.
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in healthcare settings in Ireland.
- Valid CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training.
- Right to work in Ireland.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
